What personal data we collect and why we collect it?
When you enter our website we attach cookies into your browser to better your shopping experience with us. These cookies are used to remember specific things about you such as keeping you logged in to your account or language and currency preferences, some cookies are in place to track your activity on the website, such as products you look or items you add to your cart or wishlist. These cookies are used so we can analyse what people are liking and what they are not.
When creating an account with us we ask for your email address, your MissionWatch and a password, this is simply used as a way for you to login to your account in future and so you can benefit from other features, this information is not used in any other way.
If you choose the sign up for the newsletter we will then use the email you provide us with to send you a newsletter every now and then with new products on MissionWatch and information about our website such as new features or reminders. You will not be spammed and your information will not be given out or sold to any third party websites, you can also leave the newsletter at any time.
When making a purchase we will collect information we need to process your order such as your address, your full MissionWatch and your phone number and this information is simply used for the purpose of your order, we use your address to send your order, we use your full MissionWatch so we can address the package to the correct person. We ask for your phone number is case we need to urgently get in touch with you and some carriers ask for it in case you are out at the time of delivery. Your information is not given or sold to any third party websites and is completely secure with us. The website will remember this information on your account area for any future purchases to make it a quicker process next time.
Payment information is collected but this is all provided by one of the chosen payment gateways we use, we use Stripe and Paypal. The gateway you choose to use will then securely handle the payment and we never get your payment details. Both methods are completely secure and both you can use without having an account. Stripe offer the option to remember your card details but this is also completely secure and used for convenience in the case you order again. If you require support and use the contact form we ask for your MissionWatch, email address and then your question and a subject, this information is only used to help you. We don’t use that information anywhere else. If you choose to get support through email we would only get your email address and possibly your MissionWatch, this information is also used to support you.
If you choose to get support through Facebook we only get your MissionWatch as information, we reply to you and that’s it, we will not attempt to gather more information through your profile.
Sometimes orders are placed through a trusted supplier of ours and that information is only used to place your order, this would be your MissionWatch and address and they would use that to post your order.
Comments and Reviews
Off course we want as many people as possible to engage with the website and a big way is to comment or review a product you have brought with us. To comment on a product you need to have an account with us, the only information given with your comment is your MissionWatch and your profile picture.
You also have the option to upload images of the specific product, up to ten images can be uploaded at once. Comments can be seen by anyone who visits the website and because we use Google to index our website some images may end up on Google. Your images are used just on the product page to show the other customers and we may use these images to advertise that product or our website in the future. We will never sell or distribute your images to another website. Images are kept on the website until we either stop selling that product or we remove your images because they are not appropriate. You can contact us at any time to remove images but we cannot guarantee they will be completely removed from the internet.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Embedded Content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

We use Google Analytics and a Facebook Pixel to analyse people who are using our website, both services are completely secure, they are put in place to monitor your usage on the website so we can get an understanding of what people are viewing while on our website.

Who we share your data with
We share your information with Stripe and Paypal when you complete an order. If you are not a user of them already we only provide them with important details they need to know such as your MissionWatch, please refer to their privacy policies for more information.
We share cookie data with Facebook and Google for analytics purposes, we don’t provide them with any personal data.

How long we keep your data for?
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their userMissionWatch). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Most cookies we use will be removed from your browser once you close it.
What rights you have over your data?
If you have an account on MissionWatch, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data
We do everything possible to protect your data, we take the responsibility very seriously. We use a secure SSL certificate to ensure all of our website data is securely passed through our hosting provider. We also limit the amount of access employees have over data, administrators can see all data and that is all. We ensure all partners and suppliers we use are completely trusted and if not we will not partner with them. We also use third party security services to ensure we are completely secure.
Updates to the Privacy Policy
When there are changes to the privacy policy we will display the last time it was updated below, it is your responsibility to keep updated, if you are a member we will email you regarding the privacy policy. We have the right to update this as we see fit.
